EMPLOYMENT LAW Hunt & Jeppson represents both employees and employer in the area of employment law. Although somewhat unique (most attorneys represent either one or the other), we believe that representing different perspectives makes us better prepared to anticipate and defend an opponent’s claims. Our representation includes employees’ claims of discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination. Generally, such claims are based on inherent characteristics as race, religion, gender, age, disability and so forth. Our representation of employers is much broader—although we do represent employers in defending claims made by employees. For employers, we also provide seminars and training in employment issues, including employee selection, hiring, managing, discipline and termination.
