Partners Junior Parnters Associates PARTNERS ROBERT W. HUNT A native of Arizona, Mr. Hunt holds Juris Doctorate and Master of Laws, Taxation, degrees from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. At McGeorge, Mr. Hunt was in the top of his class and, therefore, was inducted into the Order of the Coif and the Traynor Honor Society. He also served as President of the Moot Court Executive Committee, and was selected to receive the Outstanding Graduating Student award. Mr. Hunt also previously served as an instructor in Legal Research and Writing at McGeorge, and for six years served as the Director of International Advocacy, and Director of the Business & Community Development Clinic at McGeorge. For over fifteen years before entering the practice of law, Mr. Hunt held executive positions both in the U.S. and abroad with major multinational corporations. With his wealth of management and administrative experience, Mr. Hunt brings a "real world" pragmatism to bear on his work for the Firm’s clients. He emphasizes a wide range of counseling, drafting and litigation work, including public agency and special district representation, redevelopment, environmental (primarily CEQA), and employment law, and serves as both special and general counsel to many of our public entity clients. Mr. Hunt’s practice has focused on public agency law, and he now represents over 25 Public Cemetery Districts throughout the State of California, in addition to consulting with cities and counties on cemetery matters. Mr. Hunt is currently General Counsel for the Public Cemetery Alliance, and serves as special advisor to the California Legislature in its review and re-write of California cemetery law. ERIC O. JEPPSON Eric Jeppson, a founder of Hunt & Jeppson, holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon School of Law after graduating from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and a minor in Business Management. While in law school he served two years on the Oregon Law Review, one as a Managing Board Member. He also was an Officer of the Law and Entrepreneurship Student Association which sparked his desire to eventually own his own law firm. After gaining experience at two of the region’s largest firms, he went out on his own. Two years later, Mr. Jeppson joined forces with Mr. Hunt to form Hunt & Jeppson. Mr. Jeppson’s practice emphasizes property, construction, and commercial issues, including real estate, business litigation, zoning and entitlements, and public contract law. He represents developers, businesses and investors, general contractors, subcontractors, property owners, counties, small business owners, cities, and joint power authorities. With his experience in both transactional and litigation matters, Mr. Jeppson excels in achieving positive outcomes for his clients faced with litigation by guiding them through the complexities and overcoming opposition. In transactional matters, he helps his clients succeed by “making the deal” rather than “breaking the deal.” Mr. Jeppson belongs to the State Bar of California, Sacramento County Bar Association, and Placer County Bar Association. SETH L. HANSON Mr. Hanson’s practice focuses on civil litigation. Mr. Hanson has worked on behalf of a broad range of individual and corporate clients, including Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, International Paper, Upper Deck Trading Cards, and California Bank & Trust. Mr. Hanson has represented clients in proceedings before state and federal courts, both trial and appellate, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings. Mr. Hanson has worked on matters including contract disputes, partnership disputes, technology rights, trade secrets, securities disputes, real estate disputes (including construction matters, CC&Rs, and development disputes), mechanics liens, fraud, and unfair competition. Mr. Hanson has also represented the California Energy Resources Scheduling Division of the Department of Water Resources in various disputes and contract administration matters involving the Department’s portfolio of long term energy contracts. Mr. Hanson graduated from Brigham Young University in 1998, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies. Mr. Hanson received his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, in 2001 from the J. Rueben Clark School of Law, Brigham Young University. During law school, Mr. Hanson served as a senior editor for the BYU Law Review. In 2000, Mr. Hanson published Bernstein v. United States Department of Justice: A Cryptic Interpretation of Speech in the BYU Law Review. Mr. Hanson is a member of the State Bar of California, the Placer County Bar Association, and the Sacramento Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in all courts of the State of California, the U.S. District Court for the Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Hanson serves as a volunteer attorney with Legal Services of Northern California and is actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America.

Ms. Wenker earned her Juris Doctorate With Distinction from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. While in law school, she was a writer and editor for the McGeorge Law Review. She was also recognized with Honors in Trial Advocacy and became a member of the Traynor Honor Society. Ms. Wenker graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 2002, she was recognized by her peers as the Cal Poly Outstanding Debater of the Year. She is admitted to practice in all courts of California, and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
JEREMY B. PRICE Jeremy Price earned his Juris Doctorate degree, with distinction, from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University. While in lawschool, he earned the Witkin Award for the highest grades in Legal Process (legal research and writing), Land Use Planning, and Bankruptcy law. He also became a member of the Traynor Honor Society. Mr. Price has experience working on matters involving complex real estate transactions, property, contracts, land use, bankruptcy, public agency, general business and general civil ligation. Mr. Price is a member of the State Bar of California and the Sacramento County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all the courts of California.
