APPEALS Our attorneys are admitted to practice before all of the courts of appeal of the State of California, and U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Central and Eastern Districts of California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeal for the District of Columbia. The attorneys at Hunt & Jeppson, LLP have successfully prosecuted and defended appeals in both California and Federal courts of appeal. Most recently, Hunt & Jeppson, LLP obtained a favorable appellate decision in the matter of Winter v. Window Fashions Professionals (2008) 166 Cal.App. 4th 943, in which the Fifth District Court of Appeal made a significant ruling regarding arbitration clauses and franchise agreements.
